What's "The Big WKND"?

“The Big WKND” is a collaborative event bringing Student Ministries together from all across our region in Northeast Georgia. We will gather on January 15 & 16 at Deer Creek Retreat in Bowman, GA to praise the name of Jesus and live out our faith by serving others. Details on worship and our speaker are coming SOON! Here is what to expect:

❋ Vibrant Worship

We will passionately praise the Name above all names… JESUS! Our worship band for The Big WKND 2027 will be revealed SOON!

❋ Fellowship

Our goal is to empower students to live on mission for Jesus Christ by showing them that they are not alone. Not only does the Holy Spirit go with them, so do like-minded students that also love Jesus!

❋ Bible Teaching

Our Big WKND guest pastor will faithfully bring the Word with depth and conviction. Our desire is not to simply see momentary emotion, but decisions that last for a lifetime.

❋ Small Groups

Each Student Ministry will be dismissed after any time the Word is taught to church-designated small groups to allow deeper conversation and responses to the teaching.
